We offer pre-construction services as a first step towards supporting our client’s vision. Once we understand the client’s goals, particularly with regard to overall budget and timeline, we will provide advisory consulting, including but not limited to constructability analysis, preliminary cost estimating, delivery schedule, risk management, and best practices.
It can be challenging for our client’s to engage with various contractors and ensure they have the appropriate qualifications, including the requisite experience, bandwidth, and financial capacity, to deliver a project. From reviewing proposals to contacting references, we will run a methodical bid process to ensure our client selects the most appropriate contractor for the job.
Oftentimes, the vision for a project can outpace hard costs. We roll up our sleeves to value engineer the project, providing a menu of options for our clients to choose from to ensure they find symmetry between what they want to deliver and how they can do so in a cost-effective manner.
We will develop a schedule early on in the process so the client has a realistic sense of what it will take to deliver the project. From there, we work with the general contractor to develop a more robust schedule, utilizing it throughout the project lifecycle to ensure one of the most important aspects: on-time delivery.
Budget often stands out as one of, if not the most important, aspects of a project. We not only help to analyze and establish the budget, but we work tirelessly to maintain it. We represent our client’s best interests by negotiating comprehensive contracts to ensure all scope has been considered and agreed upon.
We stay actively engaged throughout the project delivery, acting on our client’s behalf by way of regular site visits, reporting, safety oversight, regular communication with the general contractor, and more.
